I found the staff very attentive. They escorted me to my room and explained the room's high-tech gadgets! the room itself was super clean? i appreciated the proximity to bus stops. They made travel simple.

The room had new fittings of great quality. The bed offered extreme comfort and the bathroom had a magnificent spacious design. Catching the bus into the center proved very easy just outside the hotel.
The room had a green light near the door. It illuminated the room intensely through the night which was not ideal for sleeping.

the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable i loved that it was only a short walk to the bus stop for easy access to the city center. the staff was very pleasant. i appreciated their friendly service
the room i stayed in looked lovely the air conditioning was not working properly. the room remained at a stuffy temperature. the bright light at the door also caused a disturbance during the night

The room was very modern! I appreciated the inclusion of a large TV, allowing live streaming of events. What a treat. The bathroom had Molton Brown products, which I found luxurious. I really enjoyed the complimentary crisps and water provided in the room. Slippers and robes were also great additions!
There were some marks on the walls and skirting boards. That's a bit of a downer.
